• Visit from ST Water

  The school had a visit from Severn Trent where we learnt how to save water and also found out about what happens to the objects we put in the toilet!

   

  Class 3 then had a workshop. The children learnt how water is cleaned including a home-made filter and the journey that the water takes including the water cycle. They then took part in an activity measuring out how much water a family uses to determine if they are 'water savers' or 'water wasters'.

  Science Week

  The topic was ‘Curiosity’ so we used microscopes and bioveiwers and investigated gears. Class 2 made nests from moss, twigs, sticks and leaves.

• Children's Mental Health Week

  Class 2 have been thinking all about where they belong as part of mental health week. They have created their own island to show all of the groups that they belong to. It has been so lovely for the children to realise how many groups/spaces that they belong to.

  They then went to share these with Class 1!
