Knowledge Progression
Class 2
This half term class 2 have been exploring materials and their properties. We have been carrying out lots of tests on materials to find out which ones would be suitable for different purposes, such as suitable materials for umbrellas and materials for rabbit cages. We tested out materials to see which ones would work best for an umbrella. We used paper, sponges, waterproof materials and tissue and sprayed each one with water above a willing volunteers head to see if any kept them dry! We had lots of fun!
We have also been busy creating our own bubble snakes, using bottles, tights and socks! Take a look at the pictures below!
